ECHA’s IT tools allow you to validate your own information before you submit it. However, there are a number of additional automated checks on the dossier content and against information contained in the database which are carried out in the Portal upon submission.Regardless of the support offered by ECHA’s automated validation tool, it will not replace any manual verification performed by Member States. Therefore, validating the quality or adequacy of the information submitted will remain at national level. All the checks, both in the IUCLID and the ECHA Submission portal can be found at https://poisoncentres.echa.europa.eu/poison-centres-notification-format.
