A rapid access contact must have access to additional product information and must contain a telephone number and email address and be accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The contact must be able to provide information in the national language(s) or another language accepted by the Member State(s) where the product is placed on the market. You can check the required languages in the Overview of Member States document here: National support - Poison Centres (europa.eu)A rapid access contact must be provided in a limited submission, however, please note that if you are making a multi-market submission, then you will need to create an emergency contact for each Member State. Please ensure that the contact for rapid access is not confused with the contact telephone numbers for the appointed bodies, or the emergency telephone number required in section 1.4 of the Safety Data Sheet.
