Which IT-tool should I use to submit a C&L notification

Notifications can only be submitted electronically via the REACH-IT portal. You must first create an account to be able to access REACH-IT and submit your notification. Further information on how to create an account can be found in our manual “ECHA Accounts manual” available at https://echa.europa.eu/manualsOnce you have gained access to REACH-IT, you must prepare your notification in IUCLID. You will find further information in our manual “How to prepare a classification and labelling notification” available at https://echa.europa.eu/manuals This manual outlines the IUCLID sections and fields to be filled-in to prepare a complete C&L notification dossier according to Article 40(1) of the CLP Regulation. When your dossier is ready, you must submit it to ECHA via REACH-IT.
