What is the Candidate List?

满足 REACH 法规第 57 条中一项或多项标准的物质可被认定为“高度关注物质”（SVHC），并被列入候选清单。这些 SVHC 包括：符合致癌、致突变或生殖毒性 (CMR) 1A 或 1B 类标准的物质（根据第 1272/2008 号法规 (EC) 附件 I 第 3.6 节）；持久性、生物累积性和毒性 (PBT) 物质或高持久性和高生物累积性 (vPvB) 物质（根据 REACH 法规附件 XIII 的标准）；根据具体情况确定的物质，有科学证据表明其可能对人类健康或环境造成严重影响，从而引起同等程度的关注（REACH 法规第 57(f) 条），例如内分泌干扰物。候选清单可在 ECHA 网站上查阅。它是根据 REACH 法规第 59 条 (SVHC 识别) 中描述的程序建立的。

Substances fulfilling one or more of the criteria specified in Article 57 of the REACH Regulation can be identified as "substances of very high concern" (SVHC) and put on the Candidate List. These SVHC can be:substances meeting the criteria for classification as carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic (CMR) category 1 A or 1B (in accordance with section 3.6 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008)persistent, bioaccumulative and toxic (PBT) substances or very persistent and very bioaccumulative (vPvB) substances (according to the criteria of Annex XIII of the REACH Regulation)substances identified on a case-by-case basis for which there is scientific evidence of probable serious effects to human health or the environment which give rise to an equivalent level of concern (Article 57(f) of REACH Regulation), e.g. endocrine disruptorsThe Candidate List is available on the website of ECHA. It has been established according to the procedure described in Article 59 of the REACH Regulation (SVHC identification).
