This process can further create additional value in respect of: Concerns that go beyond the control of the individual registrant, like regional risks or the potential additional risk caused by aggregated exposures of a (sub)population or releases into the environment. The assessment of groups of similar substances to predict cumulative effects and potentially increased risk levels from exposures to the different substances in the group.  If considered scientifically necessary and proportionate, the request for additional information can go beyond the standard information requirements in REACH.
