According to Article 3(b) of entry 70 of Annex XVII to REACH the restriction shall apply after 6 June 2027 in all cosmetic products that are not covered by Article 3(a), namely:  D4, D5 and D6 in leave-on products D4, D5 and D6 in rinse-off products that are removed with other means than water D6 in wash-off products that are removed with water.
