I have received a new (draft) decision and there is no deadline. Why is that so?

当 ECHA 认为您根据 ECHA 决定（“原决定”）提供的信息不充分时，ECHA 将根据 REACH 第 50 条和第 51 条的规定，通过新的决策程序处理不合规问题。这意味着您将收到一份新的决定草案，告知您提交的信息不充分，您仍需处理原决定中的请求，以满足终端节点的信息要求。本决定未设定截止日期，因为您已被要求在原决定规定的截止日期前提供所要求的信息。ECHA 上诉委员会在 A-001-2019 号案件的裁决中确认了这一点。

When ECHA considers the information provided in response to an ECHA decision (the ‘original decision’), as not sufficient, ECHA will address the non-compliance through a new decision-making process according to Articles 50 and 51 of REACH.This means that you will receive a new draft decision informing you that the information you submitted is not sufficient and that you still need to address the request(s) in the original decision in order to fulfil the information requirements for the endpoint(s).This decision does not provide a deadline, because you were already required to provide the requested information by the deadline set in the original decision. This was confirmed by ECHA’s Board of Appeal in its decision in case A-001-2019.
