I am an only representative and accepted to disclose the name of the non-EU manufacturer I represent in REACH-IT. Will the name of the non-EU company be disseminated on the ECHA website?

When filing in information on the non-EU manufacturer, you must select the tick box if you wish to display the name of the non-EU manufacturer you represent together with your company name. The information on the non-EU company will be visible to other members in the joint submission, joint application of authorisation and co-registrants pages.
