I am a manufacturer/importer and have been appointed as an only representative by a non-EU manufacturer. Do I need separate accounts?

Yes. An only representative cannot declare to be also a manufacturer or importer in the same registration dossier. If you are an only representative and manufacture or import a substance, you must submit separate registrations from different REACH-IT accounts: one account for your role as manufacturer/importer and another account for your role as OR. If you are acting as an OR for several non-EU manufacturers, you will need to create a REACH-IT account for each non-EU manufacturers you represent.
