The Candidate List is updated when substances are identified as Substances of Very High Concern. This is normally done twice per year (in June and December). To allow interested parties to be aware of substances which might be included in the Candidate List, a Registry of Intentions is published on the website of ECHA. As a producer, importer or supplier of articles, you are advised to regularly check the Registry of Intentions.
