For determining whether the substance requires a safety data sheet, REACH-IT is verifying in the registration dossier if the conditions set out in Article 31 of REACH are met: the substance is classified as hazardous according to the CLP  Regulation2; and/or the substance is PBT or vPvB; and/or the substance is listed on the candidate list; and it concerns a full registration or a registration for a transported isolated intermediate.
