To rely on this exemption, you need to document that the following conditions are fulfilled: 1.The substances are put in a free zone or free warehouse as defined under customs legislation or placed under another relevant customs procedure (transit procedure, temporary storage). 2.The substances are kept under the supervision of the customs authorities. 3.The substances do not undergo any form of treatment or processing during their stay in the EU.
