You must report any change of contact details of the non-EU manufacturer you represent in REACH-IT. Select “Company information” from the main menu and click on “Edit” next to “Information on the non-EU manufacturer” to update the relevant data.If it does not result from a change of legal personality (e.g., following a merger, a company split or an asset sale), you can also update the name of the non-EU manufacturer by selecting “Change name”. It is sufficient to record the change in REACH-IT and you do not need to update your REACH registration dossier(s).If you intend to report a change of legal personality of the non-EU manufacturer you must use the legal entity change functionality in REACH-IT.
