Yes, you do. The obligation to mention any European or national occupational exposure limits (OELs) is not connected to the physical form or to the classification of the mixture, or even to the fact that the mixture can be considered as a special mixture. Where an OEL exists for any constituent substances, you must indicate these in Section 8 of the safety data sheet (SDS). An SDS must enable employers to determine whether any hazardous chemical agents are present in the workplace and to assess any risk to the health and safety of workers arising from their use.  It should also be taken into account that a user might use the paste in a way that it undergoes further processing.
