Can an only representative submit poison centre information for a non-EU company?

There is no Only Representative role in CLP. However, it is possible that an EU-based company can make a voluntary submission on behalf of the non-EU supplier. The importer can then refer to the UFI of this voluntary submission in their own, mandatory submission. It must be noted that the EU-based company submitting the voluntary notification is still responsible for its accuracy and keeping up to date according to the Terms & Conditions of the ECHA submission portal (ECHA Cloud Services - ECHA (europa.eu)). More pertinently, the importer will remain the duty holder and will be held accountable for the notification of the imported product according to any enforcement activities undertaken.
