No. Since 1 January 2021 the UK is no longer part of the EU, and therefore UK companies are not obliged by CLP. Companies based in the EU which are supplied by UK companies are importers and need to comply with all relevant duties of CLP, including the notification to poison centres (Article 45). Nevertheless, CLP still apply to companies based in Northern Ireland.Please, refer to the dedicated section of the ECHA website on the UK withdrawal from the EU where up to date information is available.
